Service Description
Mixing sessions at Gnarnia are designed for artists and producers who want focused, accurate mixes in a professionally treated studio environment. Each session includes an on-site engineer to support the technical workflow and execute mixes with clarity and precision. Working together in the studio allows for real-time decision-making, critical listening, and efficient progress without the delays common in remote revisions. Sessions are booked as full-day blocks to allow for uninterrupted listening, thoughtful adjustments, and continuity across the mix. The engineer’s role includes session setup, routing, technical troubleshooting, and mix adjustments as directed during the session. Creative production decisions, arrangement changes, or additional editing are not included unless discussed and arranged in advance. Clients may bring their own DAW sessions or stems, or work directly within the studio’s system, as discussed prior to the session. Gnarnia Studios is fully sound-isolated and acoustically treated, providing a neutral and reliable listening environment for making informed mix decisions. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Poligy
Cancellations Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session start time. Requests made within 48 hours of the session may not be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Sessions canceled within 48 hours of the start time, or missed without notice, are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Engineer-Assisted Sessions Due to advance scheduling and coordination, engineer-assisted sessions are subject to the same 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. How to Cancel or Reschedule All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted through the booking system or by contacting the studio directly.
